My grandparents moved in about six months ago, and the staff here have been nothing short of incredible. Everyone is so warm, kind, and genuinely welcoming. The Palace is always spotless and beautifully kept, and they put on one heck of a Thanksgiving lunch! We’re so grateful for the care and community they’ve found here

Yesterday we celebrated my dad's 89th birthday. What a great evening! Rose & Danny made it a memorable event. The decorations were awesome & Danny went above & beyond to accomodate my family. I forgot to inform them that my nephew is vegan & Danny made sure he was accomodated. Everything was simply outstanding. Kudos to the Chef for a delicious dinner & Thank you to all the staff members that came out to sing Happy Birthday.

My mother recently moved to The Palace. I must thank the fantastic staff for smoothing a stressful process. The facilities are elegant and well maintained. The meals are excellent. I'm happy my mother is sourrounded by such caring people.

To be at The Palace is like a pleasure it’s like being on a luxury cruise ship. Everything you want is here and the people are fabulous and the places is spotless. I would recommend this to any person who wants to have a wonderful retirement place to live. It’s the greatest, especially Vanessa and Rose.

What an incredible experience at The Palace! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The decorations were absolutely stunning and created such a beautiful atmosphere. Every detail was thoughtfully done and made the entire experience feel special. The service was, without a doubt, the best I’ve ever had. The staff was welcoming, attentive, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to find service at this level, and it truly made our visit unforgettable. After we lost my dad, we knew my mom needed more support—but we also knew she wasn’t ready to slow down. She’s still active, social, and full of life. The care team is attentive and compassionate, always going the extra mile to make sure she feels comfortable, included, and dignified. Whether it’s a friendly check-in, an engaging activity, or just sharing a laugh, the staff has become an extension of our family. The peace of mind the palace has given us is priceless. My mom has a beautiful home surrounded by people who care about her—and I have the comfort of knowing she’s safe, supported, and never alone. The Palace in Kendall isn’t just a senior living community. It’s a place where people are treated with heart. I couldn’t be more grateful. I’d like to extend a special thanks to Terri Romano, Matthew and Vanessa in the office, Rose (RN), Sofi (Aide), and the other beautiful aide with green eyes that always says “I love you!”

A-1 FACILITY My family and I could not be happier. My father is living the dream in his golden years at The Palace. He is very well cared for. The entertainment here is supreme. The attention to detail is second to none. The dining experience is luxurious. The outdoor pool area is spacious and well kept. The reception staff is super friendly. This place is clean! And the office staff? They are always a phone call away to answer questions. They always keep me updated with the activities, latest facility news and such. They even send pics of my father enjoying the numerous activities. They are a special group, every single one of them, with a special mention, Emily. She goes the extra mile to ensure my father’s well being. They are all professional, knowledgeable, kind-hearted and ever-present. BTW, dad’s doctor there is tops. Are you looking to place your elderly parent in an ALF? Look no further. Anywhere else is second place.

I would like to give a heartfelt. Thank you to Vanessa, I wonderful relations. Manager and Rosa are amazing customer service director they both have been so helpful, especially with the transition of my cell phone service and their kindness has made my experience. Real, very. My phone's busy very comfortable period I have been a reserve for a couple of months now and I am extremely happy. That stuff is incredibly common. Don't let go. I'm very grateful to be here. My Mother is in the best place for her to be! At 99 she has thrived by the care and love she has in the 10 years she has lived here. I tell my friends where I live in Atlanta that they should consider The Palace for their loved one’s needs. There is no Adult Living facility better!

The Thanksgiving lunch that we’re having today promises to live up to the expectations of the Palace. The dining room is beautiful and inviting. Everything has been set up perfectly . Valentina is an extremely personable and professional young lady who came over to us make sure we were happy with our seats and that we had everything that we needed.
