The Palace Group’s independent, assisted living, and memory care communities in Kendall, Coral Gables, Homestead and Weston have earned the highest possible rating from U.S. News & World Report in this year’s inaugural Best Senior Living ratings.

The Palace at Weston is proud to be a “Gold” Award winner! Our multi-sensory room in the memory care neighborhood earned top honors during the “Best of 55+ Housing Awards” at the National Association of Home Builders’ International Builders’ Show in Orlando.

We are proud to announce that The Palace Nursing & Rehab Center has been awarded the prestigious Gold Seal Award from the Governor’s Panel of Excellence in Long-Term Care. The Palace is the only nursing center in Miami-Dade & Broward Counties and one of only 20 out of 697 nursing centers in Florida to receive this recognition.

The Palace at Home, the Medicare-certified home health agency of The Palace Group, has achieved the Gold Seal of Approval(tm) for professional health care services certification from The Joint Commission in both Miami-Dade and Broward Counties. Established in 1988, The Joint Commission's Home Care Accreditation program accredits more than 5,600 organizations and offers an independent comprehensive evaluation of a staffing firm's abilities to provide competent services.

The Palace Group is the 2022 Award Winner of Gallup's Great Workplace for the fifth consecutive year.

Julio Lopez, the Maintenance Director at The Palace at Coral Gables, has been named the 2021 Manager of the Year in a competition among recipients of the Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award.The Palace Group has received the Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award for four consecutive years. Gallup recognizes the most engaged workplaces in the world, and to have its managers considered, a company must be a recipient of the award. This year, Lopez competed against 11 finalists and was selected by a team of workplace experts and talent analysts.

Less than one year after opening, The Palace at Coral Gables was recognized by The National Association of Home Builders with 5 Gold Awards including Best Independent Living in the Country. The other Gold Awards were for Best Common Spaces; Best Café & Dining Experience; Best Fitness & Wellness Program; and Best Lifestyle Program.

The Palace Nursing & Rehab Center has been awarded accreditation from The Joint Commission, the oldest and largest standards-setting and accrediting body in health care. In addition to their prestigious accreditation award, The Palace Nursing & Rehabilitation Center has received 5-Stars from Medicare & is rated as one of the Top Nursing Homes by U.S. News & World Report.

The Palace at Coral Gables, the #1 Independent Living Community in America, along with The Palace Renaissance & Royale have been recognized by SeniorAdvisor.com as The Best of Assisted Living in Miami for 2015 as rated by our residents, families and visitors. This exclusive designation is awarded to fewer than one percent of providers nationwide.

CARF International, the worldwide independent accreditation organization for assisted living care, has rated the Palace communities as "best in the nation," and awarded them the coveted three-year accreditation. This is the "5 star" rating for assisted living, and we are proud that our team earned this for three of our most popular communities: The Palace Royale, The Palace Renaissance and The Palace Gardens.

In the entire United States, the nation's top experts from the National Association of Home Builders looked around for the best social director in the nation, and they picked ours. So it's official: The #1 Social Director for Senior Living in America is our own Pam Parker . We couldn't be happier, or prouder!

The Builders Association of South Florida recognized The Palace at Coral Gables with 6 PRISM Awards, most notably, Best Community of Year for any new construction in South Florida. The other awards included Gold Awards for Best Interior Design; Best Assisted Living/Life Care Community; and Best Overall Marketing Campaign. Silver Awards were given for Recreation Amenities and Marketing & Advertising Direct Mail Piece.

Every year since we opened The Palace at Coral Gables, the judges for the nation's top senior living awards have honored us as the best in America. Again this year, The National Association of Home Builders noted Palace Group co-founder and owner Helen Shaham as Developer of the Year, and the team behind our new Palace Gardens - Kamlesh Taank, Tom Ben-David and Alon Ben-David - for the best new senior community opening in 2016. Another outstanding year for our outstanding team.

The Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce presented The Palace at Coral Gables with the Diamond Award for Best Large Business in the City Beautiful. The Palace was recognized for business achievement, corporate citizenship, customer service and workplace environment.

The Palace at Coral Gables has received the 2013 Best in American Living Gold Award (BALA) as the Best Senior Living Community in the Senior Housing category. Winners of a BALA demonstrate they are at the forefront of innovative design and are also a preview of design trends of the future, according to the judges who reviewed the entries in the annual NAHB competition. “The BALA winners always redefine excellence for the home building industry,” said BALA Judge Chairman Victor Mirontschuk, president of EDI International in New York City. “We are proud to recognize these companies and individuals for their creative and distinctive approaches to their work.”

The Palace Coral Gables has been selected by the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce as a recipient of the "2013 City Beautiful Award" for Outstanding Interior Space. The honor was recently presented to Helen Shaham, Palace Group President, and Associate Manager Haim Dubitzky, her son, at an annual event which honors the best examples in the city of architectural achievement.
