Don’t take our word for it, hear it from our residents and their families

Thank you to The Palace Renaissance -Kendall! Everyone, who works there has been so helpful, friendly and attentive. They are great! Also, thanks to Maggie, the activities director, who makes every holiday feel festive with all the amazing decorations. Not only that, but they involve their residents with many activities including, arts & crafts, games, all kinds of musicians and sometimes they even get to go to a park. I can count on them to care for my mother in a way that I couldn’t and I’m not worrying all the time now. Thank you all again!

The Palace Renaissance is the very best place for my sister to be. There is a great deal of care and attention given to her, and all the other residents, every day, at all moments. A big reason why The Renaissance is special is its Activities Area. What is offered to the residents, again, on a daily basis, is a finely coordinated schedule of physical, sensory and musical events that serve to inspire good health, wellbeing and happiness. From morning stretching, individual games, special Mondays outings and wonderful, varied musical entertainment, each day is full. To the degree in which they’re able to participate, the residents are encouraged to to do so. The Activities Department is crucial, I believe, to the profound health of all the residents. Maggie Miranda is doing all of us a large, heartfelt service by providing the care and attention The Renaissance residents need.

I can't say enough kind words about RICHARD and all from at the palace. From the very first day, their warmth, compassion, and dedication were impossible to miss. They treat every resident not just with care, but with genuine love and respect—like family. RICHARD and ALL the caretakers and staff above and beyond, always offering a comforting smile, a gentle hand, and words of encouragement. Whether it’s helping with daily routines or simply sitting and listening, their presence brings peace and joy to my grandma and all other residents at the palace. My grandmother feels safe, valued, and truly cared for—and that means the world to me!! Thank you all for all that you do. You have all heart of gold, and we are forever grateful.

I would like to recognize the amazing compassion of the activities department, which takes our loved one out from the facility on a weekly basis The director of activities Magalis Miranda has gone above and beyond to make sure that our loved one will attend the outdoor activity sessions, which truly enriches their lives It is very difficult because many times our loved one does not want to leave the facility, but I have to thank Magaly and the palace for doing such a tremendous job in helping them go out and live their best lives!

The BEST gift our mother gave us was the foresight to plan for her future. And that included long term care. Mom could no longer live at home in early 2017 and so we moved her to The Palace Renaissance where she is thriving. Mom goes out on the two weekly outings and Maggie the Activities Director always sends us pictures. We love attending the monthly family parties (they are amazing), my favorite is Mothers Day! The Champagne fountain this year was fabulous.

I just want to take a moment to express how incredibly grateful I am for the care my loved one receives at The Palace. It brings me so much peace and joy to see them truly happy—surrounded by love, staying active and engaged in meaningful activities, and enjoying life to the fullest. The level of attention and compassion shown by the staff is remarkable. From the excellent nutrition and personalized care to the thoughtful programs and warm environment, everything reflects a deep commitment to quality of life. I also want to highlight the outstanding management team—always professional, supportive, and clearly passionate about what they do. Thank you for creating a place where residents are not just cared for, but celebrated. Our family couldn’t be more thankful.
