The Palace at Coral Gables

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Emily Perez, Resident Relations Manager at The Palace in Coral Gables. For the past two and a half weeks, Emily has gone above and beyond in helping us coordinate and completely transform my 89-year-old father’s apartment. She oversaw the removal of the existing rental furniture and light fixtures and assisted extensively in managing the entire process from start to finish. We ordered new furniture from more than 15 different companies, including IKEA, Wayfair, Ashley Furniture, Pottery Barn, Crate & Barrel, City Furniture, and more. Emily ensured that every single item was tracked, handled with care by the mailroom and her team, and promptly delivered to my father’s apartment. She and her staff were always available to help in any way possible, including removing and breaking down all of the cardboard boxes from the many deliveries. On each delivery day, Emily thoughtfully arranged for the rental furniture to be removed beforehand, making space for the new pieces without disturbing my father. Emily and her team made what could have been a very overwhelming process feel completely smooth and seamless. Her attention to detail, incredibly quick responsiveness to emails and phone calls, and outstanding organizational skills made my life much easier. I was able to relax knowing my father and this entire project were in such capable and caring hands. Emily and her team are absolutely incredible. We truly could not have done this without her. My father’s new furniture looks amazing in his apartment, and we are beyond grateful. Kudos to The Palace for hiring such a fantastic employee who genuinely cares.

My mother in law moved into the Palace and found a place of friendship and comfort. From the initial site visit to the move in and occupancy, every single person made her life meaningful and enriching. The staff are amazingly kind and helpful. They hung her pictures, set up her internet, introduced her to other residents, catered to her meal requests, took her to her doctor appointments, and so much more. The facility is beautiful; it looks like a real Victorian Era Palace with fine art, gold filigree, fresco ceilings, live entertainment nightly. I'd have to compare it to a cruise line experience without the ship. Each night the residents can order off the regular menu or the menu of the day and can cross order from both for a customized meal. There is also a substantial Jewish clientele so The Palace caters to both Jewish and Christian holidays and customs. They have complimentary valet and tipping is not allowed anywhere. I've never seen a more caring organization than The Palace in Coral Gables. The cost to live at the Palace isn't cheap but everything is included except for maybe some field trips.

We have been extremely satisfied and happy with the care and service our father has received at the Palace Coral Gables. The staff has been super friendly, welcoming and outgoing ensuring he has a positive transition. Everyone is so kind and always willing to help. Overall it is has been a great experience and I recommend it highly.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail of the medical, physical move and his wellbeing was valued and handled meticulously. The Palace provides different levels of care makes it a wonderful. The management is always available to answer questions and support any of the resident and or family needs. My dear friend has been living here since November 2025, and the experience has been nothing short of amazing. The level of service is extraordinary, the food is wonderful, and having doctors and medical attention available 24/7 brings an immense sense of peace and trust. You know your loved ones are genuinely cared for at all times. What makes this place even more special is the staff. Every single person is kind, attentive, and deeply committed to the well-being of the seniors who live here. They don’t just provide care—they offer warmth, respect, and dignity. Every time I visit, they make me feel at home, and that speaks volumes. There is always something happening: entertainment, activities, outings, and opportunities to stay active, engaged, and joyful. Life here is full, vibrant, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and happiness. I am incredibly grateful for The Palace at Coral Gables. It is, without a doubt, one of the best options for seniors who want to live their lives comfortably, safely, and beautifully—surrounded by genuine care and love.

The Palace at Coral Gables provided amazing care and compassion to my father when he was a resident there. The Palace team went above and beyond to get to know my dad and to engage with him, to make him comfortable and to really care for him as a person. Beyond this, the kindness that so many Palace team members showed to me and to my family really helped us in immeasurable ways as we navigated dad’s journey. This is a group that knows their business but also genuinely cares for the members of their community and their families. Aside from being a beautiful facility with great team members. I really believe this palace has been made specially for people middle age and up to accommodate each persons health needs. Furthermore, each team member, as unique as they are individually, they treat us all like family. Josh is an outstanding leader.

The staff treats the elderly with genuine dignity and kindness, taking the time to truly know each resident as a person. Seeing our loved one feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for means the world to us. We are deeply grateful to the entire team for the dedication and heart they bring to their work truly makes a difference for our family.

I have been here twice and I have had great experiences. I’m always greeted with kindness and respect. The place is impeccable as always. The staff very helpful and informative. I appreciate their ability to provide the information requested and allow me to leave without doubts. I can tell management cares about the elderly by just witnessing it from far. I heard great things about the place and hope they continue in the long run.
