University of Miami’s Parkinson’s Disease 101 Seminar hosted at The Palace at Coral Gables

If you ever wondered what makes The Palace different from the many other senior communities nationwide, I have a story I’d like to share with you. Recently, we hosted Girl Scout Troop 118 at The Palace at Coral Gables to run a Holiday Bingo Night.

Mahalo from The Palace Suites! With tribal drums in the distance and the cheerful sound of the ukulele greeting our partygoers, The Palace Suites’ End-of-Summer Luau set the perfect tone for a fantasy vacation to Hawaii.

There’s nothing like 4th of July at The Palace and this year was no exception! Renaissance & Royale residents & families enjoyed a fun-filled day that will not be forgotten. There was something for everyone as we celebrated our Nation’s Birthday with a Block Party “Palace Style.”

He’s the Man of the House and the Keeper of the Keys to our heart. As we celebrate Father’s Day, we remember every father figure in our lives… an older brother, father, grandfather, uncle or male mentor. At The Palace at Coral Gables, we think “Dad is Rad” (that means he’s just the absolute best!) and to prove it, we put on our work aprons and hard hats and worked hard to cater to the man who worked hard every day.

The Palace Gardens, our Assisted Living & Memory Care community in Homestead, recently hosted “Catwalk for the Cure,” a dazzling fashion show and luncheon held in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Ten lovely models, all of whom were breast cancer survivors, strutted the runway and modeled fall fashions graciously provided by Dress Barn.

Celebrating the anniversary of Israeli Independence, the residents of The Palace Suites and their guests took a fantasy flight abroad EL Al Airlines to Israel.

An unbelievable Spring of exciting events continued at The Palace Suites with a spectacular celebration for Cinco de Mayo.

In the fading twilight of Philadelphia's Municipal stadium, over 100,000 frenzied football fans were counting down the final seconds of what many later called the greatest college football game ever played.
