The Palace at Weston

The Palace at Weston has a been a true blessing to our family as we transitioned my Dad to memory care. A difficult journey but made better by the amazing care Team at the Palace who eased the transition - specially Raz Gonen, Ashleigh, Diana and the entire nursing team who care for my Dad as if he were their family.

The Palace at Weston is the best in class residence for seniors needing memory care or assistance for day-to-day living. Our dad is 92 and in the memory care unit and I've seen continuous improvement over the last few months. I alerted the new Customer Service Director Raz Gonen to some concerns I had with my dad's care and I saw an immediate an effective solution implemented. He also addressed a lingering issue with my dad's apartment. The memory care unit at the Palace Weston has given our family peace-of-mind that our dad, grandfather, uncle and family memory has a good quality of life even though he has to deal with the day-to-day challenges of dementia. The staff in the Memory Care unit is just incredible. The Director of Recreation Justin Valdes and his assistance Hilda Salas-Vasquez keep our dad busy with activities he loves everyday. They are activities that are fun and keep the residents interest, I asked my dad if he could help me with some plumbing work at my house because he was a plumber by trade. His age and dementia would not even make it a possibility but I was just trying to keep the conversation interesting. He told me he was too busy to d any plumbing work for me because he has so many activities he's doing. The message out of that was that we knew our dad was in the right place for quality of living!!!! There is a reason why the occupancy at the Palace is at 100%.

Incredible!! My mom loves it, there are so many activities and the place and her apartment are gorgeous. The food is wonderful and the staff is absolutely amazing. Ashley has been outstanding, making sure my mom is well taken care of. Would recommend 100%

My husband's (James Steven Hamilton) cousin, Cathleen Corp was admitted to the Palace Memory in early April of this year. Mr. Raz Gonen and the wonderful staff at Palace is taking excellent care of Cathleen's needs. The caregivers and nursing staff are compassionate, patient and attentive. This facility is always beautiful, clean and secure. Again, I would like to give a final thank you to Director Gonen and his staff.

Our loved one has been at the Palace at Weston for almost 3 years starting with Assisted Living and now Memory Care. Our experience has been very positive there. He is very well cared for and we love that his mind is stimulated with the many activities. The staff is great with the residents who are treated with the utmost respect and kindness. The Memory Care Director, Raz Gonen is always accessible. He personally and immediately responds to any concerns that may arise which he promptly addresses and resolves. His leadership reflects the Palace’s commitment to treating all residents and family members with dignity and ensuring excellence in the Memory Care unit. We’re happy that our loved one is getting such excellent care.

I can’t even begin to describe how incredible the experience has been with my parents. I could go on and on with how great the staff treats them. Rather than writing an entire novel I’ll give some examples. I’m long distance caregiving for my parents and they make it incredibly easy to communicate with them. My mom loves the activities and they send me pictures almost everyday of her smiling and delighted to be there. Their attention to detail is incredible no health concern goes unaddressed and they often notice signs and symptoms before my parents do and get them care promptly. They even went as far as throwing my parents an anniversary party including taking my mom to the salon and getting her nails and hair done for the occasion. Worth every penny! Highly, highly recommend!

The facility is impecable. Everything is thoughtfully designed to give older adults an active lifestyle that matches their interests and abilities. The care and attention have been outstanding from the very beginning. Elizabeth and Ashley were exceptional throughout the transition period, and the entire staff has been kind, welcoming, and always willing to help.

Ashley and all of the staff have been incredible to my parents! I could not be more thankful or pleased with their level of care and professionalism. Highly recommend the palace - you will be overly impressed!!!

My parents moved into the Palace in Weston about 3 months ago and it has been an incredible experience. The staff is so kind, compassionate and helpful with all of their needs, as well as, ours. Ashley, and other staff members, are available any time we have concerns or questions. They have truly become a part of our family!!!

I especially want to recognize Raz Gonen, the Director of Memory Care. Since taking on this leadership role, he has been visible, approachable, and genuinely committed to making the community the best it can be. It’s clear that he listens to families, values feedback, and is focused on continually improving the quality of care and the overall experience for residents. Memory Care is never an easy environment to manage, and we appreciate the dedication it takes from everyone involved. While no place is perfect, it’s encouraging to see positive changes and a leadership team that is committed to moving in the right direction.
