My parents have been living at The Palace Gardens in Homestead for the past nine months, and our family couldn't be happier with our decision. From the moment you walk through the front doors, you know this place is special. The community is spotless, smells fresh, and is beautifully maintained. It immediately gives you a sense of warmth, comfort, and professionalism. The care my parents receive is truly exceptional. The medical staff and in-house nursing team always keep me informed, follow up on everything, and treat my parents with genuine compassion. A special thank you to Indira and her incredible nursing team, especially Mickey and Tania. Maria and Elvira are so gentle and caring when helping my parents with their daily routine and Ricky and his team do a fantastic job in the laundry department. Martha has been my go-to person since day one, and she has always made me feel supported and welcomed. She is a special person. The activities and amenities are amazing. Alejandro and Jasper do a wonderful job keeping residents engaged, and Sol and Aracely make the coffee bar such a welcoming place where everyone feels at home. And then there's the food... absolutely incredible! A huge thank you to Daisy and Annie for the wonderful meals, and to Viv for always making sure everything is just right. My parents often tell me they feel like they're living at a luxury resort, and as their daughter, there is nothing more comforting than hearing that. What stands out most is the entire staff. They genuinely care about one another and work together as a team, and you can feel that positive energy throughout the community. I wish I could remember every single person's name because everyone deserves recognition. Every visit makes me feel like family, and every time I leave, I have complete peace of mind knowing my parents are surrounded by kind, compassionate people who truly love what they do. Thank you to everyone at The Palace Gardens in Homestead for giving my parents such a beautiful, happy life. If I'm fortunate enough one day, I hope I can call this wonderful community my home too.

Choosing The Palace Gardens in Homestead for my in-laws has been one of the best decisions our family has ever made. After several months of seeing the care and attention they receive every single day, I can honestly say we couldn't have asked for a better place. The first thing you notice when you walk in is how beautiful everything is. The building is immaculate, it always smells fresh, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. It never feels like a facility—it truly feels like home. What makes this place exceptional is the people. Every staff member treats the residents with kindness, dignity, and genuine affection. Martha has been an incredible resource from the very beginning, always taking the time to answer questions and make sure our family feels informed. Indira and her outstanding nursing team, including Mickey and Tania, provide wonderful care and are always attentive. Maria and Elvira are so patient and compassionate with my in-laws, and Ricky keeps everything running smoothly in the laundry department. The activities keep everyone engaged and enjoying life. Alejandro and Jasper bring so much energy to the community, while Sol and Aracely make the coffee bar a favorite gathering spot for residents and families alike. The dining experience is another highlight. Daisy and Annie prepare delicious meals, and Viv is always making sure everything is just right. My in-laws constantly tell us how much they enjoy the food, and it's obvious they look forward to every meal. What impresses me most is the teamwork. Everyone works together with such professionalism and kindness, and you can tell they truly care about both the residents and each other. I know there are so many more wonderful employees whose names I haven't mentioned, and they all deserve recognition for creating such an incredible environment. Every time we visit, we leave feeling grateful and reassured. Knowing our loved ones are safe, happy, and surrounded by people who genuinely care gives our family tremendous peace of mind. An exceptional place for the care of older adults. There is an atmosphere of respect, warmth, and professionalism, with a staff truly committed to the well-being and dignity of each resident. It is well represented by CSW as the NEHS they truly did a well done job.

My MIL is a very special person. She has Alzheimer's Disease but she also LOVES to have fun, dance, and be social. So we knew finding a place that suited her personality and need level was going to be difficult, but The Palace Gardens has it all! The common areas, outside space and rooms are beautifully designed and up-kept. There are so many beautiful spaces to enjoy, you forget you are at an Assisted Living Facility. We were very anxious at first, but the staff kept us updated with calls, emails, and photos. Since then, we have created so many great memories with my MIL. The Memory Care Activities Director, Alejandro, who packs the schedule with non stop fun, activities, events for families to enjoy with residents, and outings, has also treated my mother-in-law with the same love, patience, and respect that you would hope someone would show their own family, and has become my MILs favorite person. He calms her when she is anxious or upset by the confusion she feels and we are so very grateful for the peace it has afforded us, knowing she is in caring, and FUN hands! In addition, we have a son on the autism spectrum and Alejandro has gone out of his way to make sure he can create wonderful memories with his grandma. He has allowed us to meet in the beautiful sensory room when my son was having a rough day and always makes sure we are comfortable at big events. Our son also loves visiting the ice cream shop every time we see grandma! We also love nurse Tasha, who spends so much time loving my MIL, Indira, who manages her care and communicates with us, and the activities assistants who keep the energy up. Our entire experience has been wonderful and well worth every penny. From the environment, to events, to staff, from the front desk to the back patio, we are so grateful for the Palace Gardens.

Wonderful facility that merits the exceptional high ranking it has. My dad has been here for 4 years and he couldn't be happier with the care, personal touch and amenities provided. I can attest we searched far and wide and while the Palace Gardens commands a premium price, it provides a premium service for my remaining parent. I would like to shout out to Alejandro and the many caretakers of this beautiful place for treating my dad, me and my family like family.

Great place. Looked at many other ALF’s and we loved the palace gardens. Staff is great, caring and competent. Open to constructive criticism and makes changes to accommodate. We have to drive further to see Mom but it was the best decision we made for her. On top of all this the value to services provided was better than anywhere else we visited.

I know there are so many wonderful employees whose names I don't know, and I wish I could thank every single one of them because each person plays a part in making this place so special. Every visit reminds me that we made the right choice. I leave knowing my parents are safe, respected, loved, and truly happy. As a daughter, there is no greater peace of mind than that. It’s so hard navigating assisted living care for your parents. You want the best for them. I feel very confident knowing my parents are in good hands at The Palace Gardens. The staff, especially the management are warm, friendly, compassionate and there for both my parents and our family when we need them. The grounds are also very beautiful. The price is alarming at first but when you start adding in all the activities and things the residents receive, along with the 24 hour safety, security and care, it balances out. Is it perfect, no…nothing is. But everyone tries there best and are willing to listen and solve any issue that may arise. We very much recommend The Palace Gardens for assisted living and memory care.

My sister and I have been considering an assisted living facility for our father recently. We were a bit nervous about it and trying to work through our trepidation about such a monumental undertaking. We walked into The Palace Gardens and our anxiety began melting away with each experience we had. We were warmly greeted by a lovely lady at the front desk, who asked us to fill out a short form and be seated. With in a minute or two, Alejandro approached us and greeted and welcomed us warmly. He explained that he was the activities director, but that he was doing tours for that day. His disposition was so friendly and outgoing and he really did a great job putting us at ease. He shared a wealth of knowledge and answered all of our questions perfectly without overwhelming us. It was great! He offered us a refreshment (he made me a perfect cappuccino!) and off we went on a mind-blowing tour. Calling it “Palace Gardens” is not a stretch. The place is BEAUTIFUL. It is so tastefully and thoughtfully designed that it reminded me more of a high end resort than anything else. The main room is gigantic, with high ceilings, lots of light and a warm, friendly vibe. Alejandro greeted and chatted with several residents as we walked through it was was really touching and sweet when he called them by name. There was a man playing guitar and singing and the residents were really engaged and clearly enjoying the music! Our host, clearly took pride in the place, as he pushed chairs in and lent several residents a helping hand as we walked throughout the property. It’s hard to describe with words how refreshing it was to see that such a fantastic place like this even exists! Everything was top-notch and it seemed like there wasn’t a single detail that they had overlooked! The dining room reminded us of ones on cruise ships, the patio, back garden and pool looked like something at a five star destination. There was a gym/rehab facility, an activities room, a library, a little beauty salon/spa and a private dining room that residents could reserve for special occasions. I asked Alejandro if I could move in myself! We passed by the activities bulletin and it was packed with so much fun stuff that I was blown away. At one point I looked over and my sister had teared up. She literally had tears of joy from the idea of our father experiencing all that we were seeing! As if all of that wasn’t enough, when we saw the actual residences, we couldn’t believe how nice and spacious they were. We were floored! I could go on and on, but will say that the more questions we asked and the more he told us, the more we were impressed. On top of that, every time we saw a staff member, they would stop, introduce themselves and welcome us. What a breath of fresh air that was! As we walked to our car, my sister and I agreed that everything that we saw and experienced at Palace Gardens was beyond our wildest dreams for our father. I had no idea that places like it existed! A place where they go so far out of their way for their residents without over-looking a single detail? Sign me up!

The Palace Gardens has been and continues to be an amazing home for our mother. The care and attention she receives there is nothing short of exceptional. Our family would like to commend the the whole staff for their attention to detail and loving approach with which they care for our mother. We would highly recommend the Palace Gardens at Homestead, as a new residence for your loved ones. I would personally like to commend Viviana, Indira, and all the staff for their professionalism and dedication to all of their residents. Our decision to move our mother there was not a light one, as we researched many facilities, not only in Florida, but throughout the country. We couldn't be happier for our mother because we know we made the right choice. She is not only cared for, she is genuinely loved here at the Palace. Thank you to all of you at the Palace, for your continued commitment in making sure our mother has and is receiving the dignity, respect, admiration and love that you have afforded her.
