The Palace Royale

My mother has been at the Palace Royale for almost eight years now. The genuine care for her well-being and happiness is evidenced by the fact that she tells everyone that visits her that she is very happy living there. In addition, the variety of activities, social interaction and daily routines have improved her cognitive capacity greatly. Today we enjoyed an afternoon of Brazilian Jazz at the Palace Royale!

I just want to take a moment to express how incredibly grateful I am for the care my loved one receives at The Palace. It brings me so much peace and joy to see them truly happy—surrounded by love, staying active and engaged in meaningful activities, and enjoying life to the fullest. The level of attention and compassion shown by the staff is remarkable. From the excellent nutrition and personalized care to the thoughtful programs and warm environment, everything reflects a deep commitment to quality of life. I also want to highlight the outstanding management team—always professional, supportive, and clearly passionate about what they do. Thank you for creating a place where residents are not just cared for, but celebrated. Our family couldn’t be more thankful.

I would like to recognize the amazing compassion of the activities department, which takes our loved one out from the facility on a weekly basis The director of activities Magalis Miranda has gone above and beyond to make sure that our loved one will attend the outdoor activity sessions, which truly enriches their lives It is very difficult because many times our loved one does not want to leave the facility, but I have to thank Magaly and the palace for doing such a tremendous job in helping them go out and live their best lives!

The Palace takes a wholistic approach to caring for their residents. More than nursing care, they are a home away from home truly make a positive experience for their residents and their families.

I have been working hard to help my cousin following multiple stays in hospitals and care facilities until I discovered and placed her at The Palace Royale and Renaissance at Kendall. It was a life saver for her and me and I couldn’t do it without their wonderful staff of directors, like Ricardo Martinez and Patricia de Varona along with their top nurses Dianet and Rhadaly! We saved Janice together and she has been enjoying the good life at the Palace for the last six years! We are both so grateful. Happy Thanksgiving to their entire wonderful staff!

Richard, the Activities Director The Palace Royale, does amazing and fabulous work! He is truly loving and attentive to all the residents and family members needs and concerns! I can't say enough kind words about RICHARD and all from at the palace. From the very first day, their warmth, compassion, and dedication were impossible to miss. They treat every resident not just with care, but with genuine love and respect—like family. RICHARD and ALL the caretakers and staff above and beyond, always offering a comforting smile, a gentle hand, and words of encouragement. Whether it’s helping with daily routines or simply sitting and listening, their presence brings peace and joy to my grandma and all other residents at the palace. My Mom has had her studio in the Palace Royale for 3 1/2 years now. As in anything in life, there are changes that occur and we found ourselves as a family no longer having the skill set to give our mom what she needed and deserved medically, but also mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Mom couldn’t stay in her home safely anymore and I can say without a doubt The Palace has gone above and beyond to welcome and care for her by creating an atmosphere of positivity and comfort. The staff are always open to answering questions and providing answers whether it be the gatekeepers or management. I am positive Ricardo, Patricia, Dianet, William and the fabulous Chef will be equally open and transparent to answer all of your questions as well! Each activity is well thought out and designed to provide not only entertainment but engagement between staff and our Loved Ones. Purpose. Retaining Fine Motor and Large Motor skills. Maintaining/Developing Cognitive Skils. Humor. Love and acceptance for whatever level of their journey may be. Adapted activities to the ability to each resident. They are a significant part of a senior community’s Heart Beat. As a caregiver/advocate to my mom here at the Royale, I too have received support, kindness and hugs from this great department of caring human beings
